Joining an event
The events page lists cleanups neighbors have planned and curated projects hosted by City partners. Ask to join a cleanup’s group, or sign up for a project’s open spots: when there’s room you’re in right away. No account needed.
Volunteers pick up
- Litter and loose trash
- Bagged household trash left out
- Leaves and trash around storm drains
Leave for the City
- Tires
- Chemicals, paint and needles
- Construction debris
- Mattresses, furniture and other heavy trash
Everyone wears gloves and a safety vest, and youth groups name an adult who will be on site. Your first sign-up gives you a volunteer ID; print an hours certificate from My claims for service hours.
